OPEN CALL for choreographers: winter residence of Zelyonka Fest

Contemporary dance festival ZELYONKA FEST invites choreographers who work in the field of contemporary dance to take part in the winter Residence as a choreographer.

According to the results of selection, two  choreographerы will have the opportunity to realize their projects in the framework of the Residence from 15 to 25 January 2015.

Both projects will take part in a showcase of Zelyonka Fest 1.5 in April 16-19, 2015.

General conditions:

1. Organizer of the Residence -  Zelyonka Fest Contemporary dance Festival. 

2. Any choreographer who works in the field of contemporary dance can apply to participate in the Residence. 

3. Organizers of the Residence will provide transfer, accomodation, per diams or meals and all the necessary conditions for staging the work: the rehearsal studio, stage equipment, light, sound, projection. 

4. Organizers of the Residence commit themselves to organize the presentation of the work prepared during the Residence at Zelyonka Fest 1.5 in April 16-19, 2015. 

5. Application for participation in the Residence can be submitted in any form. It should include the following information: 

- Full name of the choreographer

- Social networks links

- Age, contact information, city of birth 

- Dance experience and links to videos of previous works

- A detailed description of the idea or concept of the work that the choreographer would like to prepare as a part of the Residence

The application has to be sent at residency.zelyonka(at) not later than October 25, 2014

 The dancers are also may apply for taking part in a Residence with the motivation letter to the same e-mail till December 30. The fee for dancers is 150 euro for all term of Residence. This fee doesn`t cover meal for dancers.
